| CONNECTICUT STATE FIRE SAFETY CODE Sec. 6: Section 29-292-9d of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies is amended as follows: Chapter Twenty, Section 20-1.1.1, of the Connecticut State Fire Safety Code is amended to read: (Amd) 20-1.1.1 This chapter applies to buildings or portions thereof that do not qualify as a one- or two-family dwelling, that provide sleeping accommodations for a total of 16 but not fewer than [six] seven persons on either a transient or permanent basis, with or without meals, but without separate cooking facilities for individual occupants except as provided in Chapter 21. .
