CONNECTICUT STATE FIRE SAFETY CODE

Statement of Purpose:

To amend the Connecticut State Fire Safety Code to meet the requirements of Section 29-256c of the Connecticut General Statutes regarding bed and breakfast establishments, and to correct transcription errors discovered since the adoption of the regulation, which was effective May 1, 1999. These amendments also resolve conflicts between the Connecticut State Fire Safety Code and State Building Code.
