AMENDMENTS TO THE 1995 CABO MODEL ENERGY CODE

CHAPTER 2 - DEFINITIONS

Section 201 – General Definitions  Add the following definitions:

(Add) GREENHOUSE. A one-story structure, enclosing a nonhabitable space, that has a glazing area in excess of 50% of its gross exterior wall and roof area.

(Add) SUNROOM. A one-story structure, enclosing a habitable space, that has a glazing area in excess of 50% of its gross exterior wall and roof area, and operable doors and windows equal to a minimum of 20% of the floor area.
