AMENDMENTS TO THE 1995 CABO ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING CODE CHAPTER 3 - BUILDING PLANNING (Amd) 305.1 Minimum height. Habitable rooms shall have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet for at least 50 percent of their required areas. Not more than 50 percent of the required area may have a sloped ceiling less than 7 feet in height with no portion of the required area less than 5 feet in height. Exceptions:
(Amd) 315.2 Handrail grip size. Handrails shall have either a circular cross section with a diameter of 1 ¼ inches to 2 inches, or a non-circular cross section with a perimeter dimension of at least 4 inches, but not more than 6 ¼ inches, and a largest cross-section dimension not exceeding 2 ¼ inches, or the shape shall provide equivalent graspability.
